Terms of Service

ShipSeer is subscription software that helps online sellers plan how to ship and pack orders. It generates courier shortlists, packing plans, packing visuals, packing SOP reels and exportable Dispatch Packs from the information you provide.

ShipSeer is a planning tool only. We are not a carrier, freight forwarder, parcel broker, courier or customs broker. We do not carry, collect, transport or deliver any parcel; we do not collect payment on your behalf; and we do not buy postage, pay carriers or place orders with carriers for you. Courier rates, transit times, delivery outcomes and loss or damage claims are entirely between you and the carrier you choose. You are responsible for buying postage and shipping through your own carrier accounts.

• ▪You must be at least 13 to use ShipSeer. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable parent or guardian consent.
• ▪You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• ▪You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

• ▪Plans are billed in USD, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
• ▪Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges.
• ▪Your plan sets a monthly order allowance and available exports. Allowances reset each period and do not roll over. There are no credit packs or stored balances.
• ▪We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, including not using it to plan or disguise prohibited or dangerous goods, and not creating materials that imitate any carrier's trademarks, logos or labels or that forge proof of shipment.

Plans, courier tiers, packing guidance and customs fields are AI-assisted suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing them and confirming rates, restrictions, duties and packaging suitability with your carrier and the destination country before shipping. See the AI Disclaimer.

We own the ShipSeer software and brand. You own your inputs and, subject to these terms and the Content License, the outputs generated for you. You grant us the limited licence described in the Content License to operate the service.

• ▪The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that shipping outcomes or marketplace approvals will result.
• ▪To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• ▪We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for shipping, customs, duty or carrier outcomes, which are outside our control.
• ▪Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. On termination your right to use the service ends; some data is retained as set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
