Getting started+
Open the workspace, describe a day's orders in plain English, and ShipSeer builds the courier and packing plan. On Peek you get five plans a month, free.
Exports and reels+
Dispatch Pack PDF export, label-ready sheets and packing SOP reels are available on the Dispatch and Warehouse plans. Generate them from Steps 3 and 4 of the workspace.
Billing and cancellation+
Subscriptions are billed in USD, monthly or yearly. Cancel any time from your billing portal and keep access to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for details.
Your data+
Uploaded product or box photos stay yours and are cleared from our cache by default after 30 days. We never train models on your inputs. See the Privacy Policy.
Customs and shipping questions+
ShipSeer plans are advisory. We are not a carrier or customs broker. For live rates, restrictions and duties, confirm with your chosen carrier and destination country.
