Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with ShipSeer. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited and dangerous goods

You must not use ShipSeer to plan, disguise, mislabel or facilitate the shipment of prohibited, restricted or dangerous goods. This includes, without limitation:

  • Undeclared or improperly packed batteries and other hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids, aerosols, corrosives and compressed gases where restricted.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives and controlled or illegal items.
  • Perishable, biological or regulated goods shipped in breach of carrier or destination rules.

Whether an item can be shipped is determined by your carrier and the destination country. You are solely responsible for compliance, correct declaration and safe packing.

2. No brand impersonation or forged shipping documents

  • Do not generate or use materials that imitate any real carrier's trademarks, logos, service marks or official labels.
  • Do not reproduce or fake carrier barcodes, tracking marks or postage indicia.
  • Do not use generated labels, mockups or visuals to forge proof of postage or proof of delivery.
  • Packing visuals, stickers and inserts must be your own original artwork or properly licensed to you.

3. General prohibited conduct

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or infringing activity.
  • No uploading of content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • No attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • No use to harass, defraud or harm others.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent removal without refund.
