Content License

You keep all ownership of the order descriptions, product photos and box photos you provide. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to us.

To operate the service, you grant CRYSTALBALL123 LTD a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and transform your inputs solely to generate your plans, visuals, reels and exports and to provide support. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to short cache and backup retention described in the Privacy Policy (uploads are cleared from active cache by default after 30 days).

• ▪Subject to these terms and your active subscription, you may use the plans, packing visuals, reels and Dispatch Pack exports we generate for your own business.
• ▪Generated visuals are original artwork and must not include third-party trademarks, logos or carrier labels.
• ▪You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated output to train AI models. Your content is used only to deliver the service to you.

The ShipSeer name, brand assets and software remain the property of CRYSTALBALL123 LTD. This licence does not grant you any rights in them.
